MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Citrus Springs Landowners Association, Inc. was formed in 2000. It is a privately owned association made up and funded exclusively by its membership.

We cater to, work for, attempt to protect and represent our membership.

We offer many services. Our most valuable service to absentee landowners, of course, is our information. We publish and distribute a quarterly newsletter full of current facts and recommendations for the Citrus Springs area. To follow that up, we also have an 800 toll free phone number for our membership.

We have property insurance and much, much more.

We are on top of all the information in our area. We work with the governing bodies whenever possible. We fight against anything or anyone we feel are not operating in the best interest of the absentee landowner.

When necessary and economically possible we take legal action as needed for the absentee landowner against anything we feel is wrong.

We do all this and much, much more for the minimal annual fee of $50.00.
